Coverage and Eligibility
Genetic Health Conditions:
Our 5-year guarantee covers life-threatening genetic health conditions that are confirmed to be inherited or hereditary. These conditions must be diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian within the first 5 years of your puppy’s life.Health Certification:
To qualify for the guarantee, your Doberman puppy must receive regular veterinary care, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and preventive treatments. You are required to provide us with a copy of your puppy’s health records and vaccination history as proof of compliance.Transferability:
This 5-year guarantee remains valid if you transfer ownership of your Doberman puppy to another individual. However, you must notify us of the ownership change within 30 days of the transfer to maintain the guarantee’s validity.
Claims and Procedures
Claim Submission:

- Treatment Coverage: Coverage for veterinary treatment expenses related to the diagnosed condition, up to the original purchase price of the puppy.

- This guarantee does not cover non-life-threatening conditions, injuries, accidents, neglect, abuse, or any conditions caused by factors beyond our control.

- The guarantee is void if your Doberman has been bred without our written consent or if the puppy is sold or transferred to a commercial breeding operation.
